SK TECHNOLOGIE used our products and solutions in the modernization project of the Atrium REDUTA Shopping Center in Warsaw.

We had a short conversation with the representatives of SK Technologie about this implementation. Below are some of the statements of our interlocutors.

 

Neonica: How long have you been looking for a solution for Atrium REDUTA in Warsaw? Is it about the type of tape, design, use of specific solutions, etc.?

SK Technolgie: We were looking for a manufacturer whose product quality and durability would be appropriate for this type of implementation. We realized that the tapes installed in the corridors of galleries are a kind of showcase of shops and the shopping center itself.

N: What were the criteria imposed by the investor?

SK: The investor required a specific color temperature of the light from the LED strips used. We knew that we had to find a producer and not an intermediary so that the color of the light was the same in all tapes installed by us in the project.

This is related to the appropriate selection of LED chips that meet very stringent technical parameters. Thanks to this selection, the LED chips are "identical", which ensures uniformity and quality of the emitted light. Regardless of the amount of LED strip used, all sections have the same parameters in terms of light color, brightness and power.
 
Such conditions were provided only by Neonica.

 

N: Why did you decide on the solutions proposed by Neonica and how did you find us?

SK: The answer to this question is to some extent already in the above answers.

It should be noted that the investor chose your product from among other tape manufacturers after performing a whole series of tests and comparisons.

We were recommended by LUG Light Factory from Zielona Góra, which also provides lighting for the Atrium Reduta gallery.

 

 

N: Yes, LUG has been our client for many years, implementing projects in Poland and abroad. I am curious how the process of purchasing tapes from Neonica and the order fulfillment looked like on your part?

SK: We are most satisfied with the purchase process and product support, we have received the necessary help from the beginning to the end.

N: Were there any difficulties?

SK: Everything went as it should. Your response to the inquiry was high.

We received full information on the ordering process itself and the production of the selected tape.

Likewise, our Adviser presented us with a full range of components and accessories needed for the proper assembly and commissioning of the installation.

N: And what was the installation of lighting from Neonica like?

SK: First of all, it was something new for us. Our company has been dealing with comprehensive implementation of electrical and tele-technical installations for over 10 years, mainly for the needs of production and logistics companies.

The installation of LED strips was something that we associated with the implementation of single-family houses so far, but we approached it fully professionally. We chose the right tape, power supplies for the power and length of the tapes, and our installers easily coped with the assembly.

 

 

N: Any other comments during the implementation?

SK: Working hours are a specific feature of this type of project. While the last customers leave the gallery, all renovation and construction teams start work, i.e. it is work at night. It was hard to switch from normal to night mode.

Planning the works turned out to be an additional challenge - we had to perform some works flawlessly, overnight, to ensure the continuity of the gallery's operation. In this case, the vast experience of our project manager, Robert Markiewicz, was invaluable.

N: How long did you wait for the ordered products?

SK: The production and delivery time from ordering was very short. The whole process went smoothly.

 

N: Have you achieved the intended lighting effect?

SK: Certainly YES! In the pictures you can see that it looks amazing. The investor is also very pleased with the final effect achieved and this is the most important thing.

 

N: Has the cooperation with Neonica Polska contributed to the positive result of the project?

SK: The project is not finished yet, although we are at the final stage. Nevertheless, we believe that our cooperation has been and is fruitful.
