The courier is not obliged to bring the parcel, it usually helps when asked.

Check the condition of the shipment and products
When the parcel is damaged, ask the courier to prepare a damage report and inform us as soon as possible
If no visible damage to the packaging, but products inside have been physics damaged, inform the courier company in order to prepare a damage report. Please let us know as soon as possible.
