Filing a complaint

To submit a complaint, complete the electronic complaint form and send us the Goods to the provided address of the Online Store.

Remember to thoroughly describe and, if possible, document the defect using photos and/or video and attach it to the electronic complaint form. This will help us locate the cause faster and eliminate the fault.

Return

If you are a Consumer and have made a distance purchase in our Online Store, you have the right to do so
withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods without giving a reason or without
incurring any costs, except for the costs of shipping the goods. You can send the goods to any shipping company.

Complete the form and send us the Goods to the provided address of the Online Store.

Also include all accessories received with the returned product(s) and the receipt or invoice in the package with 
the returned product(s).

You will receive the refund within 14 days from the delivery of the return or a positively considered complaint to
your bank account.
