NEONICA LED strip lighting is the very essence of carefully selected LEDs at the completion stage of the production. LEDs are selected in terms of identical parameters: voltage, power, luminance - and most importantly - chromaticity and colour temperature. Excellent selection of LEDs guarantees the arrangement of light you create will be free of colour inconsistency, stains , dimmed or darker spaces. When buying LED strip imported from China the apparent savings in the price may ruin the final result by the uneven light with different shades.
We provide an even light not only within one 5 meters roll but also within the entire order. When buying for example 5 rolls of NEONICA LED strip the tone and brightness of the order will not vary, there will be no surprises such as individual parts with incoherent colour of light or different light strength. LEDs are grouped in batches known in the industry as BINS. We put an effort the LEDs you receive, within the order, are from the same BIN. For technological reasons we cannot keep LEDs from the same BIN constantly. Therefore, if your project requires unified light shades, make sure your LED strips are from the same order (please check product bar codes on the label).
The natural colour of light
Friendly for eyes, true colour rendering of illuminated objects. Colour rendering index (CRI) is much higher comparing to cheap products from Asia.
Even light
Colour rendering index CRI (Ra) in simple words measures the ability of a light source to accurately reproduce colours. A value of CRI = 100 is the maximum value and determines the ideal colour rendering. In practice CRI> 80 provides accurate colour rendition for us to feel comfortable with as we see the colours of objects around us look natural. The cheaper LED strips have usually CRI under 70, colour of light irritates us and we stop recognizing the colours of well-known objects. Customers often refer to this as the "light like in the morgue". This phenomenon is often identified with the white cold colour. But this is not the right reason. Low CRI

For the production of our LED strip light we use only LEDs from internationally recognized manufacturers whose LED chips are bond with pure 24K gold wire. Thanks to the careful selection of components you can be sure that the product will function properly for many years, since the gold is the best conductor that doesn’t get oxidized and is neutral to the environment.For bonding of cheap LEDs Chinese manufacturers use different alloys of metals. The final product with these LEDs is cheaper, but its lifetime rarely exceed a few hundred hours. A very important factor that has an impact on the proper operation and life of a LED strip is flexible FPC base on which the LEDs are placed. Neonica uses only double layer FPC with an increased content of copper. This ensures high electrical conductivity and greatly improves heat dissipation from the LEDs.
The key to the long life of our LED strips and panels are also properly matched resistors. Neonica LED strip is configured so the LEDs retain a certain reserve and do not work overloaded. The temperature of products is carefully controlled. In this way, even after many years of work, the light flux of LED strip does not degrade as fast as LED strips produced in the PRC. We come across Chinese products that stop working after 3 months of purchase. Weak and in addition overdriven LEDs in the first weeks after installation seem to give strong light when they receive much more voltage than they should, but after a few hundred hours of operation they burn out completely. Each day they shine less and less... changing its colour.
